So this is what all the fuss is about? Well it seems kinda cool. I guess this will be my new journal like outlet.
Anyway abit about me. I'm Zaky, well one of them anyway. But just call me Zaky, my friends do. I am self described nerd, mostly because I am a gamer. Not just video games, but board games, RP games, and card games aswell. I also love to write, but haven't had the ability to so maybe a blog will help. Reading I'm big on reading too, I love my Kindle.
A big part of my life is based around other people. My family and friends are very important to me. And it is hard for me to juggle them properly at times, not always making the right choices. I grew up with few friends, but the ones I had were good ones. At the end of high school is where my friendship circle boomed, and it hasn't shrunk sense. Its been hard, more people means more drama, and drama is drawn to me.
See I have what I call a amalagmated personality. I tend to take on traits of the people I surround myself with. Whether phrases, mannerisms, or habits. I developed my cruelty and sarcasm from one of my cousins, and I am trying to get rid of the mean part. I got my paranoia from my step-father, though I am no where as bad as him. I am not trying to blame others for the way I am, I just see bits of others in me. It is weird, but then I am far from normal.
My mother likes to say that old phrase, "Blood is thicker than water." In the technical sense that's true. However I have learned that in my experience, not alot at 26 years but, Blood is not the final say in the matter. If I was to live by that philosophy then many who are family to me would lose some of my loyalty and those who share a common bloodline with me would be due trust that is never deserved.
I apologize that this is all over the place but these are just some of thoughts I needed to get down and I will work on it. I have stories to tell, and words to tell them with.
The stories and opinions of one of the Zaky Clan. Please feel free to comment, I would like the feed back.
