Customer Stories 1

This is one from a few summers ago at one of my jobs. It wasn't a very hot day and instead of AC we just had the front doors open. Now to explain alittle, even with the front doors open you can't hear into the store. And I work in the warehouse, which means I take the product and put it into the customer's car.
Now when we load a car, we take it through the front doors to prevent theft. I went out to load up this man's car. He was in his late forties early fifties. I explained to the gentleman that if we load it a certain way it would all fit no problem. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about and had me load it his way.
Well, surprise of all surprises, it didn't fit. He then told me to take it all out and put it back in the way I originally explained. As I was reloading, a lady had come to the store and went inside. She turned on the assistant manager at the time and was yelling at him so load we could hear her outside, again we never hear what's going on in the store from outside. This went on until I finished with the man's order.
As I was finishing the man turned to me, "Wow she's loud. You must get some duesies in here, who's the worst customer you've ever had to deal with."
"Well sir, the worst I've ever delt with was this man who once ignored my warning, made me load up his car wrong, take it all out and reload it right again, wasting my time."
"Wow that guy sounds like an ass!"
I smirked, "I can't disagree with you sir."
He never realized I was talking about him. It still makes me laugh thinking about this one. How about you?
